While I think home workouts can definitely get you in killer shape, I do think that they’re best used to supplement your gym workouts. They’re perfect for days when you’re tight on time or just want to fit in something extra!

Easy Peasy Home Workout – A great way to start your home workouts this one is designed to tone your total body within 30 minutes with minimal gear. I like this one when you’re in a hotel too while you’re away and need to keep that tummy toned.

30 Minute Home Workout – This home workout is my top pick, hands down. Not only is the time commitment perfect, this routine uses a number of exercises that you’re probably not doing in your everyday workouts. So in addition to working up a big sweat, you’re going to challenge your body in totally new ways!

10 Minute Home Workout – This is another total body workout, but you can actually fit it into an easy 10 minute window! While 10 minutes is less than ideal, it’s still better than nothing, and it’s enough to get your metabolism revved up so you burn more fat and calories! All you need is a set of toning tubes and a stability ball, 2 home workout essentials!
