Try out SUP boarding for free
SUP boarding pros Red Paddle Co are coming to a town near you for an amazing free-to-all day of fitness and fun.
Whether you’ve never heard of SUP, been meaning to try it, or you’re a complete pro, Red Paddle Co’s ultimate nationwide SUP boarding road trip is a must and did we mention completely free? The massive six-stop road trip kicks off this weekend in Bray Lake, Maidenhead, then heads onto Tallington Lakes in Peterborough, Manley Mere in Cheshire, North Dock in Carmarthenshire, Wakeup Docklands in London and then to the final stop in Newquay, Cornwall.
Red Paddle Co is also bringing along its friends Lululemon who will be running hourly meditation sessions, and Rabble who will take you through some super fun exercise classes. The aim of the event is to simply get everyone out on the water, being active and having fun. You’ll also be able to check out how the Red Paddle Co’s inflatable-only SUP boards work by testing them out for yourself in the water.
It doesn’t end there though, Red Paddle Co’s team will also be running some of their awesome SUP yoga and SUP fitness lessons that you can jump in on. Food, drinks and music will be on offer; differing in range depending on which event you attend. There will also be loads more activities including guided SUP tours and team races, so bring along your friends and family, too!
